The Professional Women’s Dream Team is grounded in practical business reality. The program was created and is facilitated by MBA-educated, women executive coaches with over 40 years of combined blue chip line management, human resources and management consulting experiences. They also have formal coach training and specific expertise in women’s leadership issues.
Who Should Participate:
- The program is designed specifically for women who have:
- Management responsibility or are high-level individual contributors
- A high level of accountability
- Eight or more years’ business experience or an MBA
